The Sansom Park Police Department’s Police Records Section has a full-time Police Records clerk available to assist residents with requests for accident reports and/or police reports, as well as any Public Information Request as provided by Texas Law.
The Records Section is open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted for police reports requests and/or to submit your request in person.
The Records Clerk’s Office is housed in the department’s main lobby, across from the Dispatch Office.
All reports and records requests must be in writing (email is acceptable). To submit a Records Request by email, please email the Records Clerk. To contact the Records Section by phone, dial 817-626-1921 EXT 109.

Please note that some police/accident reports or records may not be immediately available and will have to be processed. This may take a few days. Under Texas law, the department has 10 business days to respond to any Open Records requests.
