Mission
Our mission is to uphold the sanctity of justice and inform and serve the public fairly. The court is committed to informing citizens of their options for administrative processing of cases; however, staff members are unable to offer legal advice.
About Municipal Court
Municipal Court is responsible for administering the litigation of Class C Misdemeanor charges brought against persons within the limits of Sansom Park and the collections of fines assessed. They maintain all records of the court, set trial dockets, collect fines and fess, prepares warrants of arrest and issues subpoenas.
The court and all support personnel shall provide equal and impartial justice under the law and process each case efficiently, without delay or unnecessary expense. In addition to providing fair and equal access to all citizens, we will strive to facilitate the timely disposition of cases with prompt and courteous service.
**Safe Harbor from Warrants - If you have an outstanding arrest warrant for the Sansom Park Municipal Court, you should contact the court office to make arrangements in the order to avoid arrest. You will NOT BE ARRESTED on the Sansom Park Class C Warrants when you come to the Court to make arrangements.
